To make the shell, use Pillsbury pie crusts that come in the pouches and drape it over the back of muffin tins and bake and the filling is a mock Devonshire cream.
- Combine 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
- Whip with electric mixer until it is somewhat stiff.
- Place inside shell and arrange whatever fruit on top in a pretty design.
