American Revolutionary Soldiers Cemetery Chester County Pennsylvania

Most of you are familiar with George Washington and his troops spending the winter at Valley Forge.  We also have nearby the Brandywine Valley Battlefield where the largest battle of American Revolutionary War was fought.  Few people know there is a Revolutionary Soldiers Cemetery in East Vincent Township.   The cemetery is in memory of 22 soldiers who died in 1778.

Valley Forge is 35 minutes north of Hamanassett Bed & Breakfast and the Revolutionary Soldiers Cemetery is 15 minutes north of it.  The Brandywine Valley Battlefield is a short 6 miles south of us which would make this a great day trip for the history buff.  In addition, you’ll find some covered bridges in the area.  Check our availability and plan to enjoy the history of our area.
