The cooking class schedule at Hamanassett Bed & Breakfast for 2014 has been updated on our web site. We heard you loud and clear so all classes this year are again on the weekend. You arrive on Friday night and will meet other classmates at a welcoming reception then you are on your own for dinner. Saturday morning begins with a scrumptious breakfast prepared by Ashley Mon, one of the owners at Hamanassett Bed & Breakfast. This is followed by a hands on cooking class with our professional chef and Glenn Mon. Paricipants will enjoy a wonderful lunch prepared by you and your classmates. Following lunch is an afternoon of more hands on instruction, preparation, and cooking. Saturday evening the dinner you prepare will be paired with appropriate wines for each course. You depart after another wonderful breakfast Sunday morning unless you choose to extend your stay to enjoy the Brandywine Valley. For cooking school participants we offer a discounted rate either the days preceding or following the class.
We’ve kept some of our most requested classes such as Last Dinner on the Titanic and added new classes such as a Tapas class and Hooray for Hollywood.
