The Carriage House
Our two bedroom Carriage House is 1200 sq. ft. of English Country charm. Tucked into the woods behind the main house, it is pet and child friendly for children 6 years of age and up. Adults traveling without small children may have breakfast at the main house or request that the kitchen be stocked with breakfast supplies.
All rooms have:
King or queen beds, some with canopies
Large private attached bathrooms with showers and tubs
Hardwood floors with Oriental carpets
Luxurious guest robes in each room
TV with VCR in all rooms
Use of complimentary video tape movie library
Window air conditioner
Coffee makers stocked with supplies
Hair dryer
Iron with ironing board
Clock radio with CD player and IPod docking station
Complimentary snacks, soft drinks, bottled water. A guest pantry is located on the second floor and has an ice machine, refrigerator and microwave oven for guest use.

Our Policies:
Rates: $155.00 - $550.00, plus 8% tax. Extra person charge of $50 applies for additional person above two. Reservations: Most weekends between April and December require a two night minimum. Holidays and special event weekends may require a longer stay. Please call if you require a single night on a weekend as sometimes we are able to accommodate this. Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full for stays of two nights or less, or 50% of your total for stays of three or more nights. You may pay with a personal check, traveler's checks, cash or major credit card at the time of booking. Please consider your reservation as final when it is made. Deposits are refundable, less a $25 service fee per night per room, if cancellation or rescheduling is made 10 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 10 days notice will receive a refund only if we are able to book your room less the $25 per night cancellation or rescheduling fee. The carriage house has a 30 day cancellation period. Please be assured we will do everything possible to rebook it. There is no refund for shortened stays. Children: 6 to 12 can be accommodated in the Carriage House. Pets: Dogs can be accommodated in the Carriage House. We have specific limited space in the main house as well. If you would like to bring your dog as a guest, please call and speak with us.. There is an additional $25.00 per night per dog cleaning fee for dogs. Smoking: Because of the age of the house, and out of courtesy to our other guests, there is no smoking within the house. Considerate smokers may smoke on the front loggia and on the grounds. Fire Marshall does not allow open fires such as candles or incense in the bedrooms. Check-in and Check-out: To allow us time to get your room ready for your arrival, we request you plan to check in between 3 and 7 p.m. Arrangements can be made for later check. Can't wait to get started? We will double up our cleaning staff and have your room ready by 1 PM for an additional charge of $50.00. Your host would appreciate an estimated time of arrival. Check out time is 11 a.m. for all rooms except the Devon and Inverness rooms where we give you an extra hour and ask you to check out by noon.
